			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I made my first change to the layout and look of my blog.  Today I added the <a title="SandBox's blog" href="http://www.plaintxt.org/themes/sandbox/" target="_blank">Sandbox Theme</a>.  From what I hear Sandbox gives WordPress a clean slate.  This gives me the power to add CSS to change the look and layout of my blog to whatever I choose.</p>

<p>That may be true, however to do this, Sandbox strips most of WordPress&#8217; formatting.  You go from WordPress&#8217; nice, clean default look, to a horrid, cluttered, completely style-less mess.</p>
<p>I have to start adding some css fast!</p>
