The icons for all of the programs can be easily changed, but the default color is stuck in there. One of the next changes I was planning on making is an option to change the background color. I also own a 8525 and your today screen just looks like something that should have came with the phone. Branching off from the HTC today screen was the perfect choice so please you need to post the .exe and maybe the source(you never know what someone else might do with it).
